I was born on Jan. 13th, 1980 in the Austrian City of Hall in Tirol. I lived in Gnadenwald for 6 months before my parents relocated to the Burgenland. My studies of IT where interrupted but not delayed by a motorcycle accident, which left me paraplegic. I relocated to Vienna and had jobs as a software developer. After that I started to work for NGOs, which help impaired people to be recognised as fully-fledged members of our society. I do not yet plan to start a career as professional photographer. I recently started to study again, medical imaging this time.
Apart from photography, my hobbies and interests are handbiking, cars and soaring. I am a big fan of Top Gear and have got a license for flying gliders. My favourite musicians are Queen, Air, Rebekka Bakken, Jestofunk and Russkaja. I'm very much into all sorts of (Acid) Jazz and Rock, but can't stand most of the commercial music of the last 15 years.
